The Alkaline Diet – part 2 Balancing Your pH

October 4, 2013

Your body has natural buffer systems that strives to keep your pH level in the safe range. However, constantly eating a disproportionate amount of acid producing foods causes these systems to become overworked. Your body begins to breakdown your muscles for alkalizing glutamine and starts to heist alkalizing minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium from your bones, teeth and organs. Low energy and extreme fatigue are some of the most common symptoms of an unbalanced pH level. Pay attention to your body. If you don’t feel normal then test your pH level and add more alkaline foods into your diet, in simplest terms – eat your vegetables.
